The first time I met Craig was when I went for a property inspection which I eventually bought the property. The purchase process went smoothly. He knows what he is doing and the communication was very professional.
When I mentioned to him that I have a property which I want to sell, he told me that he has a few customers that are currently interested to buy the property in the area. I agreed to that. A few days later, he called me to say that one customer would like to inspect the house. We booked the time for inspection. In short, the customer likes the property and made an offer. It was surprised that they made an offer more than my original price. I told Craig that that the price they offered was fine with me. Craig called me back a few hours later after he talked to the customer. He told me that he would like to get the best price for me as my property is located in a good location where there were lots of buyers’ competitions. I agreed of course. Finally, he was able to sell my property in higher price than I originally intend to sell. Again, our communication during the sale process with Craig was very convenience. He always updated to me what happening and how the processing is going.
In my conclusion, I feel that Craig is a very honest agent, knows the market in the areas very well, wants the best for his customers, be fair to both sides, and have the patience of following up whether the customers have any concerns/issues, and are happy with the whole process.
